A large blaze which badly damaged a 19th century mansion near Tarporley was caused by an electrical fault, says Cheshire Fire and Rescue.
Firefighters investigating say it was “most probable” cause after flames ripped through Tilstone House on Nantwich Road last month.
A 19th century timber framed mansion near Nantwich has been badly damaged by fire.
Crews across Cheshire were called to the blaze at Tilstone Fearnall on Nantwich Road, south of Tarporley.
