A man suffered serious hand injuries after being trapped in farm machinery at Sound, near Nantwich. Fire crews from Nantwich and Audlem were called out to help cut the victim free from a tractor at premises on Whitchurch Road, Broomhall.
Nantwich youngsters were rewarded for their creative side after impressing in a local art competition. Children from schools across the town entered the competition run by Nantwich Museum, on Pillory Street.
