Comedy legends Cannon and Ball have returned to Crewe Lyceum in this year’s pantomime Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – and what a fantastic return it was.
Nantwich Young Farmers are to host their traditional festive show in aid of Leukaemia Research. The group will stage their version of “Snow White & the seven lumberjacks” from January 8 onwards at Acton Village Hall.
Panto season is well and truly in full swing at The Lyceum in Crewe, writes Claire Faulkner. ‘Snow White’ gives the audience everything that a well loved traditional pantomime has to offer.
By Jonathan White Hundreds braved the chilly wind to watch the Christmas Lights switch on and firework display in Crewe town centre. The event took place on the main square in the town centre, with the cast of this year’s pantomime – Snow White – starting the countdown and switching on the lights.
Parents can laugh along with their kids at this year’s Crewe Lyceum panto – as they’ll only be paying child’s prices. The panto, Snow White, will be one of the biggest stage shows presented as part of the theatre’s 2011 centenary year celebrations.
