A landmark Supreme Court ruling has allowed Richborough Estates to build 170 homes on green land in Willaston.

The decision, by five judges in the highest court in the land, brings an end to a three-year legal battle.

Government delays Muller Homes Nantwich inquiry ruling again

The Government has delayed again a ruling on the controversial Muller Homes’ bid to build 1,100 homes on green fields in Stapeley, Nantwich.

A report from a public inquiry into Muller’s appeals was presented to the Secretary of State earlier this year.
