The former RBS bank in Nantwich town centre could be turned into apartments and shops, new plans show.
Cheshire East Council has received an application to develop the former RBS branch on Pillory Street.
The Nantwich branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland is among more than 160 to close, the company has announced today.
RBS is to shut 162 branches across England and Wales, including the Pillory Street outlet in Nantwich town centre.
RBS and Co-operative Bank staff in Nantwich are helping to raise thousands of pounds for Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity’s MRI Scanner Appeal.
The Nantwich and Sandbach have been running activities to help raise funds for the appeal, including a sponsored walk by staff, families and friends.
