Princes Court business centre in Nantwich is up for sale for £1.9 million.
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has been appointed to sell the freehold interest of the operational business centre which currently has 29 tenants.
A Nantwich recruitment firm has moved to bigger premises in the town as part of expansion plans by the company’s owners. Meadowbank Associates, based on Welsh Row for nearly 30 years, has expanding after being acquired by Crewe-based Absolute Group.
