South Cheshire Military Modelling Club’s annual “Universal Model Show” takes place later this month in Nantwich.
The popular event will be on February 23 at Malbank School & Sixth Form College, Welsh Row.
A Malbank School pupil was injured after being in collision with a car near the school entrance in Nantwich.
The incident happened as pupils were leaving the school to go home at around 3.15pm today (January 30).

Prue & Peta Leith will be in Nantwich next month to promote their new cookbook ‘The Vegetarian Kitchen’.
The book includes 100 vegetarian and vegan recipes from Prue Leith – the founder of Leiths School of Food and Wine, chef and Bake Off judge – and her niece Peta Leith, former pastry sous chef at the Ivy and lifelong vegetarian.

South Cheshire Military Modelling Club’s annual ‘Universal Model Show’ is on Sunday February 24 at Malbank School & Sixth Form College in Nantwich.
Universal Model Show is organised by South Cheshire Military Modelling Club and will feature more than 100 exhibitors.
The headteacher of Malbank School in Nantwich said she is “disappointed” with the latest Ofsted report which says the school “requires improvement” overall.
Inspectors say the school on Welsh Row requires improvement in all categories, including leadership/management, quality of teaching, outcomes for pupils, and personal development/behaviour.
All ‘ayes’ were on John Bercow today when the Speaker of the House of Commons took a break from the chaos of Brexit and Parliament – to visit Nantwich and Crewe.
Mr Bercow took time out after being invited to South Cheshire by Crewe & Nantwich Labour MP Laura Smith.
