Crewe and Nantwich RUFC Ladies won the National Challenge 1 in compelling style with a rout of Kendal Wasps at Crewe Vagrants – their second league win in just four league seasons.
Crewe opened their league season with a hard fought 33-22 win at Kendal in the first game of the season.
Crewe and Nantwich Ladies march on to face newly promoted Broughton Park after a spirited victory at Kendal at the weekend.
The Vagrants side won 32-22 in their opening 2018/19 league account on the road, surviving a spirited comeback against the Cumbrians.
