Thousands of people welcomed the sun to Nantwich as the town’s Jazz, Blues and Music Festival entered its third day.
Venues across the town hosted live music of all genres – and the “Saturday on the Square” was packed full of entertainment.

The 19th Nantwich Jazz, Blues and Music Festival has kicked off with a rip-roaring first night.
Organisers expect up to 40,000 people to attend the festival over its five-day period (April 2-6) with more than 100 performances at 16 venues in Nantwich.

Nantwich Police chiefs have sent a stark warning to trouble-makers thinking of targeting the town’s Jazz, Blues and Music Festival. More officers have been drafted in as police plan to cater for the five-day festival between March 28 and April 1.
The Nantwich Jazz, Blues and Music Festival is expected to inject more than £1 million into the town’s economy. And organisers have now agreed a deal with Reaseheath College to offer rooms for festival goers to stay for longer.
