Crewe & Nantwich RUFC to stage NHS fundraising golf event
Crewe & Nantwich RUFC members are in full fundraising swing – by organising a charity golf day in aid of NHS and Leighton Hospital.
Members of the Vagrants-based club will be staging its first annual charity golf event at Queen Park golf club in Crewe on Saturday August 8.

The event will be held at Vale Royal Abbey in Whitegate, Cheshire, on Friday September 18.

A charity golf day is to be held to help Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity’s £1 million MRI scanner appeal for Leighton Hospital.
The event, on September 19, will see golfers are being offered the chance to enjoy a day out at one of Cheshire’s finest venues, Vale Royal Abbey in Whitegate.
Boughey staff in Nantwich raise £1,300 after colleague’s cancer death
Staff at Boughey Distribution in Wardle, Nantwich have helped to raise £1,300 in memory of a colleague who died. Workers at the grocery logistics businesses, have been raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
