Work on erecting perimeter fencing around Barony Park to prevent unauthorised traveller encampments is underway.
But concerned campaigners say the fence erected so far is higher than the one agreed in plans.

Leisure facilities in Nantwich and four other towns are to be upgraded as part of a council scheme worth more than £12 million.
And work in Nantwich, given the thumbs up by councillors at yesterday’s Cabinet meeting, will include fencing around Barony Park which local residents have been campaigning for to prevent unauthorised traveller camps.
Housing developer Barratt has apologised for barrier fencing which was put up at a Nantwich site, impeding a popular riverside walk.
Walkers complained after the high metal fencing was erected around the site off Queens Drive, Nantwich.
