The 41st annual ‘Marbury Merry Days’ two-day traditional country fair proved a big hit as it returned for the first time since 2019 due to the pandemic, writes Jonathan White.

The fair, organised by St Michael & All Angels Parochial Church Council, took place in the field next to the church and Marbury Big Mere, near Wrenbury, Nantwich.

The 41st Marbury Merry Days two-day traditional country fair returns on May 14-15 after a three-year gap due to the pandemic.

Gates open at 12.30pm and the fair takes places in the field next to St Michael’s All Angels Parish Church and Marbury Big Mere.
