Sale of former children’s centre Redsands in Willaston completed, says Cheshire East

The sale of the former Cheshire East Council children’s home Redsands in Willaston, Nantwich, has been completed.

Engine of the North, Cheshire East Council’s wholly owned strategic property company, confirmed today it has completed the sale to Richmond Care Villages.

Redsands children’s centre in Willaston sold to care providers

The former Redsands children’s home in Nantwich has been sold, Cheshire East Council has confirmed.

The centre, off Crewe Road, has been derelict for years, attracting vandalism and costing the council in maintenance and repairs.
