Nantwich man jailed for grooming 13-year-old on music website

A Nantwich man who groomed a 13-year-old girl on a music sharing website has been jailed for three years. George Alexandra Joinson, 56, of Barony Court, pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child under 16, and 16 counts of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child.

The force’s eForensics department includes the Hi-Tech Crime Unit, which helped to bring two men to justice in the county for using Facebook to incite violence during the recent wave of rioting.
