Crewe Alex sack Dave Artell after relegation from League One
Crewe Alexandra have sacked manager Dave Artell, the club has confirmed today.
It follows the club’s relegation from League One on Saturday, with four games still remaining.

Crewe Alex claimed the Barry Daly Memorial Trophy with a comfortable 4-1 victory over Nantwich Town at the Optimum Pay Stadium.
Ben Harrison headed wide from a corner after six minutes, then Regan Griffith forced the first save from Greg Hall.
