A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a serious road accident on Waterlode in Nantwich.
The accident happened close to the turn off for Love Lane carpark, and police have had to close off the road in both directions.

A pensioner was seriously injured in Wistaston after he collided with a cyclist while crossing a busy road. The 83-year-old suffered serious head injuries in the accident on Nantwich Road, outside the Ye Olde Manor pub.
An inquest has been set into the death of a cyclist from Wistaston who died in a road accident on the busy A50. Retired estates manager David Allbutt, of Yew Tree Road, died after the collision on May 19 earlier this year.
