Police are hunting a robber who attacked a 19-year-old man in a South Cheshire alleyway.
The victim was dragged to the ground and had his MP3 player and mobile phone stolen in the incident on Flag Lane, Crewe.
A young woman was attacked and robbed as she walked alone near Nantwich Lake, police have revealed.
The victim was walking on a path between Waterlode and the bridge near the lake off Shrewbridge Road when it happened.
Metal thieves broke into a South Cheshire scrapyard and stole more than £30,000 of goods, escaping with it in the company’s truck. Detectives want help from anyone who saw the break in at Houstons and Sons in Crewe, or the stolen Houstons wagon spotted on the M6 towards Birmingham (pictured).
