Covid cases have started to rise again among schoolchildren in Cheshire East but the numbers are significantly lower than a few weeks ago.
And some schools are continuing to urge pupils to wear face coverings in classrooms, corridors and other communal areas.
Many people’s exercise habits have changed during COVID-19 and many have found that working out at home to be a great way to stay in shape.
This is why many people are now creating their own home gyms.

The Crewe Honda Centre vaccination centre has celebrated a year of giving life-saving jabs, with more than 100,000 administered.
The Crewe motorcycle dealership was transformed into a Covid vaccination centre last year and reaches the milestone of one year of operation on Sunday.
Anyone eligible for a COVID vaccination can have one at a walk-in clinic at Nantwich Civic Hall today (January 17).
Vaccines are available at the walk-in between 2pm and 7pm and today.

Just one school in Cheshire East had to close during autumn term because of Covid-19 – and only for the last day.
Mark Bayley, acting director of education, said the autumn term was probably the hardest and most challenging for schools during the whole pandemic.
Cheshire East Council is inviting businesses to apply for funding of up to £6,000 through the government’s Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant scheme.
The scheme provides one-off grants to support eligible rate-paying hospitality, leisure and accommodation businesses experiencing difficulties because of the Omicron coronavirus variant.
