Nantwich-based community radio The Cat is launching a writing competition to celebrate the forthcoming Olympics. The Olympic torch will be paraded through South Cheshire on May 31, and The Cat wants people to put pen to paper in a new competition.

A Reaseheath College student has won a national competition for an essay suggesting how to breed beef cattle for a sustainable future. Emily Morris, 16, took first prize in the beef category of the British Cattle Breeders’ Club’s (BCBC) Student Essay Competition.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
