Tarporley racing driver Tom Oliphant heads to Silverstone this weekend after a fine showing at Thruxton which as left him in sixth place in the BTCC Championship.
Oliphant was rewarded with a trio of top eight finishes, banking him a solid haul of points.
South Cheshire sidecar racer Amy Dodd and her driver partner Simon Horton notched three top 10 results in their opening EMRA club championship weekend.
Amy, from Crewe, and Simon were at Mallory Park in Leicestershire where they competed in four races in the delayed season opener.
Multiple MINI Challenge JCW race winner Rob Smith has confirmed his return to the championship for the 2018 season.
And Smith, from Nantwich, says he has just one goal in mind – winning the prestigious title.
