It’s 100,000 up for the RSPCA’s Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre and Cattery in Nantwich. That’s the staggering number of animals which have passed through the centre in London Road since it opened in 1994.
By Lee Oliver Staff at a Nantwich cattery are pleading for new homes for abandoned or unwanted cats. Lee Stewart, manager of Stapeley Grange RSPCA centre on London Road, said the cattery is full because the population is spiralling out of control.
The RSPCA Stapeley Grange cattery in Nantwich is desperate for new homes to cope with rising numbers of abandoned and stray cats and kittens. Staff at the London Road facility fear the centre is reaching crisis point unless more people come forward to offer homes.
Nantwich residents are being invited to a Family Fun open day at Stapeley Grange wildlife centre this weekend. The RSPCA’s Stapeley Grange, on London Road, will host the annual event this Sunday June 23.

Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre is staging a Cattery Fun Day and Dog Show on July 1. The centre, based on London Road, Nantwich, is preparing for one of its biggest days of the year with the open day.
