A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape after an alleged assault on a teenage girl in Nantwich.
Police say they were called to reports of alleged sexual assault at 5.15am on Sunday (January 30).
A teenage girl arrested in connection with an assault on a 14-year-old boy at Nantwich Pool, has been released on police bail.
The 15-year-old girl, from Crewe, was arrested by Cheshire Police on Saturday (April 30).
Police raided a house in Nantwich and recovered what is believed to be part of a cannabis farm.
Stunned residents looked on as police vehicles and a number of officers carried out the raid at a house on Rookery Close, Nantwich.
A Nantwich man arrested in connection with the A530 road death of pensioner Michael Betts has been re-bailed by Cheshire Police. The 21-year-old was arrested after Mr Betts, 74, was killed when he was hit by a van as he was walking along Middlewich Road, Nantwich, near Alvaston Hall Hotel.
