With racecourses now very much open to the masses again, it’s a great opportunity for racing fans to start putting some of the biggest race meetings in their diaries for the coming year.
Nantwich rider Grace Wallace has won Dodson & Horrell National Amateur Second Rounds at Harrogate Riding Centre.
Wallace competed in the 1.10m track, and three combinations completed the 10-fence course clear in the first round.
Nantwich showjumper Grace Wallace has won the Dodson & Horrell National Amateur Second Rounds at Eland Lodge Equestrian.
Grace was competing against nine others in the 1.05m track and she claimed first place on Victoria Wallace’s 13 year-old bay mare Ilena VD Bisschop.
Young Nantwich rider Madison Heath came out on top at the recent equestrian qualifiers in Liverpool.
The 15-year-old topped the leaderboard at the Charles Britton Equestrian Construction Winter JA Classic Qualifiers which began at the 148cm Pony Premier Show at Aintree Equestrian Centre.
Tarporley rider Campbell Thompson scooped a win at the Dodson & Horrell National Minor Veteran Riders Championship in Liverpool. Campbell notched up his first Championship win on board Rubiroso JX, a 12-year-old chestnut gelding owned by Keith Shore, at one of the premier showjumping events on the calendar.
