Cheshire Fire Service achieves first with no accidental deaths
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service has had zero deaths in accidental house fires in the last year 2018-19.
It’s the first time the service has achieved the milestone.

Nantwich house blaze which injured two was accidental, say fire chiefs
A fire which injured a man and woman after raging through a Nantwich house, is being treated as accidental.
The blaze broke out in the first floor of a property on Western Avenue, near Brine Leas School in Nantwich.
