Nantwich CC 1sts are just one win away from a third successive league title after victory over Urmston. The Dabbers’ remarkable winning streak continued which keeps them top of the tree with one match to go.
There will be no repeat of Nantwich Town’s epic FA Cup run this year after they were beaten 2-0 at Chorley in the first qualifying round. The Dabbers were no match for their Evo-Stik Premier League rivals and lost out on the £3,000 prize money.
