Nantwich residents air views on Reaseheath College ‘land for homes’ plan

Nantwich residents were given the chance to discuss plans by Reaseheath College to sell off land for a 1,100-home estate, shops and new school. The proposals for the 64-acre plot between the A51 and Welshman’s Lane could net the college up to £20 milllion.

Eight puppies dumped and left for dead in a cemetery have been hand-reared back to health by a team of Nantwich staff and students. The newborn pups were less than a day old when they were found abandoned in a cardboard box in Stoke-on-Trent.
