Hundreds of Nantwich students pay Armistice Day respects at Reaseheath

Reaseheath College students and staff in Nantwich turned out in force at a college service to commemorate Armistice Day.

More than 1,000 people gathered around the flagpole on the college’s campus to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in conflict.

College employee Richard Stack transformed his South Cheshire home into a Halloween ‘House of Horrors’ to raise more than £1,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

The 53-year-old South Cheshire College worker decked his back garden with ghoulish creations, wicked witches and a mini-graveyard in support of the national charity.
