Powers granted by Government include improvement notices, restriction notices, and immediate restriction notices including fines of up to £4,000.

A 62-year-old man has been sentenced for drink driving after crashing his Ford Ranger into a field in Wrenbury.

William Warrington, from Hollins Lane, Marbury, had left the scene after crashing off Cholmondeley Road between a telegraph pole and a metal gate at around 10.15pm on July 31 this year.
