Dog wardens are targeting irresponsible pet owners who don’t cleam up in the Nantwich villages of Willaston and Rope. Councillors and villagers have welcomed the crackdown which involves stencilling dog mess and wardens in plain clothes watching owners.
Students are hoping they will be music to the ears when they perform at the opening of a new Royal Rose Garden in Wistaston. A-Level students from South Cheshire College will help celebrate the garden’s unveiling on June 8 as part of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
