4.99% Council Tax rise by Cheshire East Council approved by councillors

Nantwich residents will have to pay 4.99% more Council Tax to Cheshire East Council from April after councillors approved a new budget for the upcoming year.

The budget, formally known as the Medium Term Financial Strategy, sets out the council’s tax and spending plans from 2021 to 2025.
