Network Rail is set to demolish Nantwich’s aging railway signal box if plans get given the go ahead. They have submitted plans to Cheshire East Council to knock down the signal box at the level crossing on Wellington Road.
A busy Nantwich road finally has double yellow lines after months of complaining by residents over parking problems. The lines have been put down on a section of London Road close to the junction with Jackson Avenue near to The Leopard pub.
