Nantwich Homecare provider Right at Home South Cheshire has been awarded 5* Employer status for a second consecutive year.
The accolade comes after an annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz.
Right at Home South Cheshire, rated Outstanding by Care Quality Commission, runs care services for people in their own home across Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich, and Winsford.
The business opened in January 2017 and now employs 80 CareGivers.
In the survey, the provider achieved 97% for Initial Training & Support and 95% of staff said that they were proud to work for Right at Home.
And it also received 97% in relation to the organisation’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Right at Home’s Managing Director and owner Ben Selby said: “To receive this Employer Award during a time when working in care has never been more demanding is a real achievement.
“Our CareGiver team have worked tirelessly over the last 12 months making sure each one of our clients has continued to receive Outstanding care and support during the Coronavirus pandemic.
“The management team in our offices in Nantwich truly recognise this and in turn have gone the extra mile to make sure our CareGivers feel supported.
“We know there is always room to improve so despite receiving fantastic feedback overall, we will focus on the areas that have highlighted where we can improve further.”
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, said: “Through the WorkBuzz 5 Star Employer awards, we are able to recognise employers who are truly leading employee engagement to improve the working lives of their people.”
Right at Home also runs an annual client satisfaction survey.
100% of clients felt their CareGivers are trustworthy and dependant and 100% felt carers make a positive difference to their life.
