Right at Home in Nantwich creating up to 50 new jobs

Up to 50 new jobs are being created by Right at Home South Cheshire based in Nantwich.

Its expanding homecare service, rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, has led to a major recruitment drive.

Right at Home provides highly personalised care services for older people and adults living with disabilities.

It has recently expanded into the Middlewich and Holmes Chapel areas.

Ben Selby, owner and managing director, is now seeking “compassionate, committed, and highly-trained” people to join the team as CareGivers.

Ben, a local father-of-two from Nantwich, said: “I have been running Right at Home South Cheshire for over four years.

“And after considerable growth we decided to leave our town centre office and move into larger offices in Frederick House, Princes Court, Beam Heath Way, Nantwich.

“I decided to open the business after I experienced poor care at home for my grandad.

“And I realised the huge growing need for reliable, top quality in-home care that promotes people’s independence and is delivered in the ‘right way’ – with dignity and respect and a holistic approach to someone’s well-being.

“This approach is entrenched in our ethos of delivering highly personalised care, with a minimum of one-hour visits and with a continuity of regular CareGivers who build lasting relationships with their clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support as well as physical and practical assistance.”

Ben said his business prides itself on investing in its staff.

“This is not a minimum wage role,” he said.

“We’re looking for people with a dedicated and reliable approach, who take pride in helping others and are looking for a rewarding job role where they will be valued and well-supported.

“Applicants do not need to have previous experience in the care sector, as all our staff complete a comprehensive training package, which includes as much mentoring and shadowing as they need, in order to feel confident supporting Clients in their homes.

“We are looking for both full time and part time additions to the team and will strive to offer regular yet flexible working hours, as well as opportunities to build a career in quality care.”
