The owners of Piste restaurant in Tarporley have sold off their Piste venue in Sandbach.
The venue was sold by Christie & Co for £475,000 on a freehold basis.
Previous owner James Hughes also operates Piste Wine Bar in Tarporley and the Nags Head in Haughton and sold Piste in Sandbach to focus on the other businesses in his portfolio.
He said: “We enjoyed our time in Sandbach but made the decision to focus on our other sites and wish the new operator the very best with their venture.”
The venue in Sandbach is in a central location on the High Street and close to Sandbach’s pedestrianised market square.
It has two floors, with the ground floor featuring a lounge and wine bar with seating for 50 patrons and upstairs a restaurant seating for a further 30 diners.
Keith Stringer, Director at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, said: “The property has been outfitted to an exceptional standard and as such, presented a turnkey opportunity in a prime location.
“The surrounding area is undergoing a residential housing boom, and the speed at which this property went under offer and subsequently completed is testament to the demand for high quality hospitality venues within the region.”
