Nantwich photographer named among UK top 50 wedding snappers

A Nantwich based wedding photographer has been named among tyhe UK’s top 50 for 2019.

Sarah Horton, 30, was stunned to receive the accolade as part of GoHen.com’s annual rundown of the country’s best wedding suppliers.

Former Shavington High pupil Sarah lives in Willaston with her husband Matty and their five-year-old daughter Elsie.

“Elsie is the inspiration behind me really getting excited about photography,” said Sarah.

“It was posting pictures of her that got me shoots with other families and eventually into weddings.

“I left my Crewe IT job of 10 years back in 2016 and now photograph weddings full time.

“Being in Nantwich is an amazing base for weddings, with so many beautiful venues nearby and tonnes of countryside around us.

“It truly is a dream job and I’m so lucky to have worked with so many wonderful local people & businesses too!

“Since starting out in photography I’ve pored over the talent in the ‘Top 50 UK Wedding Photographers’ list published by GoHen.

“And I was absolutely stunned when I featured in the list.

“Being named again for a second year is incredible, I’m absolutely made up to have been recognised for my work!”
