A Nantwich-based care company is on a recruitment drive for new care staff, as part of Covid-19 “We need you” scheme.
In Safe Hands, based on Alvaston Business Park, is looking to fill full and part time positions for caring individuals.
The positions offer flexible hours to suit and no experience is necessary as the company is offering full training.
The company, run by managing director Rachel Cole, is an accredited Domiciliary Care organisation and a family-run business established in 2010.
Rachel (pictured) won Registered Manager of the year Award for the North West in 2017, and is the Chair of the Cheshire East
Registered Managers network – one of 150 across England.
The company specialises in Care at home in Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding areas.
It offers all types of personal care and assistance for people aged 18 years upwards, elderly, have physical or learning and mental health needs.
A spokeswoman for In Safe Hands said: “We have a dedicated team of carers, who are supported by the office team to enable us to care for our vulnerable group of clients, coming from, social services, continuing health care (CHC) and private requests.
“Our ethos is to work in collaboration with community partners to the benefit of our clients.
“This means information sharing not just limited to care providers, such as police and fire and rescue.
“Following our agreements to accept referrals we undertake initial assessments, we allocate a maximum number of regular carers to our clients, to enable them to build up trust with the main carers looking after them.
“We also promote a “key worker” responsible for liaison and support to the individual and as a link with the family.”
The company was classed as “Good” in its last Care Quality Commission report, with some areas noted as “Outstanding”.
It has more than 30 carers/senior carers and five office staff.
All new staff attend induction training for knowledge, skills and understanding.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
