Hibberts Solicitors in Nantwich have launched a new employment law service for clients.
The fixed fee service aims to make it easier and more cost effective for new clients who need initial employment law advice, without committing to a full service.
The pandemic has opened up new challenges around employment law for both employers and employees.
Being able to discuss issues with a qualified employment law solicitor knowing there is an initial fixed cost can give individuals or businesses the confidence to find out more without a longer term obligation.
The service is offered at £100 +VAT and includes a confidential 45 minute telephone or video call with a solicitor with over 10 years experience and who specialises in employment law.
Following the consultation, the client will also receive a written summary document which will cover the key points of the discussion.
There will be no obligation to take the matter further, but of course if the client wishes to proceed, any further fees will be discussed at that point.
Partner and Head of Employment Camille Renaudon (pictured) said: “It has been a challenging time for both employers and employees over the last 18 months.
“With changes to the law, including the furlough scheme, which is due to end shortly, it has been difficult for organisations and individuals to be clear on their employment obligations and rights.
“We wanted to offer a simple, fixed cost service that means people can get legal guidance without a significant commitment.
“They’ll have access to an employment law specialist and receive a written summary of the discussion so that they are confident to be in a position to decide on their next steps.”
The service is available for both businesses and individuals at the same cost, and more information is available by contacting [email protected] or by calling 01270 215117.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
