Estate agents Cheshire Lamont have set up a residential lettings operation in Nantwich.
The company joined forces with Alexander Kemp last year to head up their newly established lettings business.
Alex, former director of local firm Temples, has 30 years’ experience in residential sales and lettings, starteing his career in London as an estate agent with a large, established chain of property specialists.
He is now head of the residential lettings and investment portfolio and is responsible for the performance and growth of the business across the Cheshire Lamont Group.
Now Cheshire Lamont has relocated its residential lettings operation to Welsh Row in Nantwich to centralise the business needs of the group.
Alex said: “This is a pivotal move for Cheshire Lamont Residential Lettings to establish themselves as market leaders in Nantwich and to support and compliment the already established and successful sales operation on Hospital Street, Nantwich.
“We face some challenging times ahead in the industry, which is becoming ever more regulated for both landlords and agents.
