A serious road collision outside Leighton Hospital has resulted in long delays today (February 6)
The incident happened on the A530 Middlewich Road by the turn in for the Leighton Hospital treatment centre.
It has involved at least two vehicles, but that has not been confirmed by emergency services who are on the scene.
It’s not clear if anyone has been injured in the accident, but there are long delays in both directions on the busy A530.
Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes and avoid the area.
