Faddiley missed out on securing runners up spot in the Crewe Regional Sunday League Premier Division.

They needed to win at Betley to keep alive their hopes of finishing as runners up.

However, they lost 3-0 thanks to two goals from Jamie Baker and one from Simon Roberts.

This means that White Lion Ford Lane finish as runners up.

In Division One, Winsford Over beat Nantwich Pirates 4-2 with goals from Joe Duckworth (2), Owen Birtles and Callum Nowell.

Mike Truan scored both goals for the Pirates.

In the first semi-final of the Presidents Cup, Crewe Athletic came from behind to beat Willaston White Star 2-3.

Danny Williams gave the home team a very early lead and a further goal from Luke Gillan saw them lead 2-1 at half time.

However, Josh Clarke scored a hat trick to put the visitors into their third final of the season.

The Division One Cup Final was won by George & Dragon after beating The Ark 2-0.

George & Dragon took the lead just 3 minutes after The Ark had missed a penalty.

Andy Houston scored with a long range effort and just before half-time Charlie Hatton added a second. George & Dragon finished the game with 10 men following a late sending off.
