Carlisle - Crewe and Nantwich RUFC ladies

Crewe & Nantwich RUFC Ladies continued their formidable form with a hard-fought 15-0 win on the road at Carlisle.

The victory keeps the Vagrants side hot on the heels of league leaders Didsbury, just five points ahead.

Crewe won with three well worked tries against a stubborn opposition who are sixth in North West 1.

Mollie Latham, Indian Perris-Redding and Mary Shepperson scored the tries for the away side.

Next Sunday, Crewe travel to bottom club Garstang Ladies, in Lancashire.

Meanwhile, Crewe & Nantwich 1sts fought back from 10-0 at Kiddersminster with a fine second half performance to win 20-10.

The win moves them in to second place in Midlands 2 West as they look to chase down leaders Whitchurch.

They will welcome a strong fourth-place Leek team to the Vagrants this Saturday, kick off 2.15pm.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
