Preening swan, by Brian Sankey

Photographs featuring animals are proving a hit with visitors to the Nantwich Camera Club 2015 Photographic Exhibition.

The exhibition is running in the Millennium Gallery inside Nantwich Museum, on Pillory Street, until Saturday November 28.

The pictures, which include pets and wildlife, form just one part of the popular annual event.

It features a wide range of inspiring print and projected image work from club members.

Visitors are invited to nominate their favourite photograph and a number of the prints are available for sale.

The exhibition is accompanied by displays of vintage photographic equipment, photographic publications and photographs of Nantwich through the years from the museum’s archive.

Entry to the museum and exhibition is free.

The Camera Club, formed in 1981, recently won the coveted Five Towns Monochrome Print Competition 2015.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
