Students from Reaseheath College raised funds for charity by packing bags at Morrisons supermarkets in Nantwich and Winsford.
Members of the Nantwich college’s Student Association entertained shoppers as they bought food and presents.
The charity team even included mascot Daisy the cow and a troop of dancing elves.
Helped by staff at both stores, the students raised more than £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support, the students’ RAG (Raising and Giving) charity for the current academic year.
Level 1 students also raised a further £96 for RAG by completing a one-mile dash round the college grounds dressed as festive elves.
