Willaston White Star put their Cheshire Cup disappointment behind them in winning 3-2 against AFC Leopard in the Premier Division Knockout Cup.

The Willaston goals came from Asher Moat, Ben Burrows and Henry Blundell, while Ridgard and Duff netted for Leopard.

In the Premier Division, Railway Hotel went to the top after a 4-0 win over Ocean with goals from Jez Tagg (2), Lee Mellor and Matthew Cope.

Square One were in cruise control after netting six in the first half against NHB.

Six goals were scored in the second period but at least Dan Ball got one of those for NHB.

The scorers for Square One were Mike Chesters (5), Danny Dodd (4) and goals from Kyle Readdin and Chris Hardman.

Shannon Sinnott Junior was on target again with Anthony Owo for Crewe Athletic but Calum Wilkinson and Ben Herbert were on target for Sydney Arms as they shared the points in a 2-2 draw.

AFC Barkode finally got their first League win of the season against Talbot.

But they made hard work of it as, although Talbot were down to nine men due to a dismissal and a series of injuries, the winner in a nine-goal thriller came with virtually the last kick of the game.

Lewis Clarke and Matthew Bennett bagged doubles for AFC with the other strike coming from Steve Martin.

Rory Saunders (2), Garry Gordon (penalty) and Tom Owen (goalkeeper) scored for Talbot.

In Division 1, Leighton consolidated their position at the top with an 11-1 demolition of Audlem.

Chris Tomkinson bagged a hat-trick and then there were goals for Liam Walker, Jonathan Hawkes, Steve Wright, Alex Aldington, Gareth Blackshaw, Danny Rogerson, Tom Wood and Tom Edwards.

Chris Steel got the Audlem goal.

Bank Corner slipped two places in the standings as they went down 4-3 to Salvador.

Richard Garrett, Nathan Dewey and Matt Ravenscroft got the Bank Corner goals, but a hat-trick from Keiron Banks and a single from Darren Oosterhuis gave Salvador the points.

Wistaston Athletic took over in second spot thanks to a 6-1 victory over Santa Maria.

Rhys Potter, Neil Bowker, Connor Alcock, Adam Lee and an own goal made up the tally for Wistaston while Dominic Latham got the strike for Santa Maria.

Faddiley are also looking a much-improved outfit this season and a 6-2 win over Boot & Shoe Villa moved them into third place in the table.

Ashley Lawton was a hat-trick man for Faddiley and assisted in the goals for Joey Hilton, Tom Eddleston and Henry Wharton.

Kane Fletcher got one for Boot & Shoe Villa and Gary Beardsmith being marked by his brother had the last laugh as he got on the score sheet for Villa.

Finally, Chris Cliffe was on target for Nantwich Young Farmers but strikes from Darren Lockett, Dave Pattinson (2) and Ryan Hughes gave Rising Sun the three points.
