Willaston White Star were knocked out of the Cheshire FA County Cup despite leading their round three match for long periods.

They were 2-1 up on Great Float Sports and Social Club thanks to an own goal and a Mike Evans strike.

But two late goals from Great Float meant heartbreak for Willaston.

In the Premier Division Knock Out Cup, AFC Barkode and Talbot were all square after 90 minutes with a brace from Chris Frost for Barkode and goals from Chris Evans and Anthony Broadhurst for Talbot.

Liam Challinor got the vital goal and match winner for Talbot in the extra time.

Mike Chesters was a hat-trick hero for Square One as they beat leaders FC Semtex 4-3.

Chris Lynes got the other Square goal with Martin Bostock and Danny Roberts (2) netting for FC Semtex.

In the Division 1 Knock Out Cup, an Adie Vass goal earned Sandbach Town a 1-0 win over Crewe FC.

Santa Maria went goal crazy as they beat Boot & Shoe Villa 10-0 with goals from Dominic Latham (5), Dan Hughes (2), Ben Reddock (2) and Martin Chesters.

Leighton could not manage double figures but they too kept a clean sheet winning 5-0, despite a goalless first half. Liam Walker and Gareth Tomkinson both bagged doubles with Dave Furber getting a single.

Rhys Potter helped himself to a hat-trick for Wistaston Athletic and with singles from Ben Minshull and Ben McGraw, Wistaston proved to be too strong for Haslington running out 5-1 winners.

Jordan Prince got the Haslington consolation.

Salvador had the edge over Rookery Tavern as they won 4-2. Simon Evans, Miven Bailey, Dave Ratcliff and John Dawson were on target for Salvador while Paul Roberts and Ricky Taylor netted for Rookery.

In an extraordinary game involving Faddiley and Rising Sun, Faddiley took the lead through a Neil Bate penalty.

However this seemed to kick start Rising Sun into action and by 15 minutes into the second half Rising Sun had scored six with four from Steve Pattinson, Ryan Hughe and a Matthew Scott own goal.

It looked as though all hope had disappeared for Faddiley, but a brace from Joey Hilton and then Matthew Scott finding the right net put a different complexion on the game.

And when Ryan Barnett made the score 6-5, it looked like the impossible of Faddiley taking the tie to extra time was a possibility.

Rising Sun were still threatening at the other end of the field and when Jake Standeven ran through with pace, he finished with aplomb to make the final few minutes a little bit more comfortable for Rising Sun and they ran out 7-5 winners.

In the Crewe Regional Sunday Premier Division, AFC Leopard had a 4-3 win over Sydney Arms thanks to goals from Blundell (2), Bowyer and Ridgard while the Sydney strikes were from Tomkinson, Griffiths and Herbert.

Crewe Athletic and Ocean shared the points in a 2-2 draw. Shannon Sinnott Junior and Dominic Cabrero scored for Athletic while Mark Parker and Barney Taylor were on target for Ocean.

Railway Hotel were in imperious form as they despatched NHB 8-2.

Jez Tagg bagged a hat-trick and Lee Mellor a brace for Railway and there were singles fro JJ Bailey, Greg Moore and Kevin Sharp Railway. Dan Ball and Paul Gregory got the consolation goals for NHB.

In Division 1, Bank Corner beat Audlem 2-0 thanks to goals from Lucas Patterson and Matt Ravenscroft.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
