league title Railway Hotel FC, Nantwich, league and cup double winners

Railway Hotel and FC Semtex  continued to dominate with victories in the Crewe Regional Sunday League Premier Division.

FC Semtex retained top spot with a 5-2 win at rivals Crewe Athletic.

Leroy Jones bagged a hat-trick with goals from Jordan Amson and Danny Roberts.

Warren Hudson and an own goal were the scorers for Athletic.

Railway Hotel (pictured) maintained their 100% start with a narrow 2-1 win over NHB with goals from Matthew Cope and Greg Moore with Pete Aidley replying.

Square One kept up pressure at the top with a resounding 5-0 win at AFC Barkode with a Mike Chesters hat-trick and further strikes from Steve Nurton and Rob Goulding.

Talbot picked up their first point of the season with a 2-2 draw at Willaston WS with goals from Ant Broadhurst and Mike Gannon with Ben Burrow and Mike Evans scoring for Willaston.

Ocean had their third 0-0 score of the season the second in consecutive games, this time at AFC Leopard.

In Division One the top two clashed and both gained a point in a 1-1 draw, Jordan Smith scoring for Wistaston and Damien Sloan for Rising Sun.

Leighton took advantage by moving up to second in the table with a 4-2 win over Salvador, Jonathan Hawkins getting a hat-trick and Tom Edwards also scoring.

Keiron Banks scored for the fourth game running with Jon Dawson also scoring for Salvador.

Bank Corner also moved up with a 4-1 win over Faddiley thanks to a hat-trick from Andy Garrett and Matt Ravenscroft again among the scorers. Neil Bate scored for Faddiley.

Daniel Hughes scored twice as Santa Maria won a close game 2-1 at Haslington, Dan Taylor scoring for Haslington.

Sandbach Town got their first win of the season with an emphatic victory 4-0 over Boot & Shoe Villa with Nick Perriam scoring twice and Ollie Dunning and Lindo Mdletshe also netting.

Crewe FC edged out Audlem 5-4 in a thrilling contest, Tom Darby scoring a hat-trick and Ben Cox scoring two.

Nantwich YF hit seven as they beat Rookery Tavern 7-3 with Chris Cliffe, Richard Ford, Simon Roberts all scoring twice, Ed Cliffe getting the other goal.

Jake Walley, Paul Roberts and Ricky Taylor replied for the Rookery.
