Nantwich Town kick off their 130th anniversary season with a short trip to Buxton on Saturday August 16, writes Richard Scott.

Danny Johnson’s side then have back-to-back home games against Skelmersdale United and Stamford.

After that they will be visiting the picturesque Irwell Valley to take on promoted Ramsbottom United on August Bank Holiday Monday.

The fixtures released today (July 17) have also thrown up two Bank Holiday derby games with Witton Albion.

Dabbers visit Witton on Boxing Day, with the local rivals visiting the Weaver Stadium on Easter Monday.

FC United of Manchester are due in town on Saturday October 11, which usually produces Nantwich’s biggest crowds.

The season concludes with a visit from Ilkeston on Saturday April 25.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
