Young World Cup fans in Crewe and Nantwich can join a fun workshop with acclaimed children’s author Tom Palmer.

Tom will be hosting his “Football Reading Game” at Crewe Library this Saturday June 7, between 10.30am and 11.30am.

The game is half football reading quiz and half penalty shoot out, suitable for children over the age of 6.

And participants, who are asked to come in their favourite football shirt, will enjoy fun-packed morning.

Tom will also be bringing a real replica of the World Cup and copies of his latest book.

Tickets are £3 or £5 for two siblings, £8 for three siblings.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
