Nantwich folk are being urged to dust off their dancing shoes and join a new fitness regime being launched in the town.

The Olive Grove Conference Centre in Regents Park will host the new “Fitsteps” on April 29.

Strictly Come Dancing dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster, a former Strictly contestant, to produce the new fitness programme.

“Fitsteps” aims to combine the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances with fitness techniques to develop a dance/fitness programme capable of delivering fast results.

And for anyone who’s thinking, ‘But I can’t dance’ or ‘I don’t have anyone to dance with’, there’s no excuse – you don’t have to able to dance and you don’t need a partner! You just have to want to get fit and have fun.

The first session in Nantwich will start at 6.15pm on April 29 at The Olive Grove Conference Centre.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
