A motobility specialist from a Crewe and Nantwich car dealership has gone the extra mile – and delivered his 1,000th car.
Matthew Wiltshire, who works for Gateway Peugeot Crewe, reached the impressive milestone after nine years with the company.
His vast knowledge of the motor trade has helped him pile high customers on the Motability scheme, which involves finding the right adapted car for drivers who may have disabilities.
His latest customer Mrs Stockton (pictured) said: “Matthew is very helpful and always goes that extra mile to make my car purchases that bit special, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car.”
Alex Walker, general manager at Gateway Peugeot, said: ”It’s a fantastic achievement.
“Being a family run business we like to add a friendly spin onto a car buying purchase and Matthew fits in with that ethos perfectly.”
